Five years ago, 77-year-old William Carl was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. As time progressed, he developed uncontrollable shaking in his hands, knees, back and feet. “When my left hand was shaking it didn’t bother me because I could just put it in my pocket, but when my right hand started shaking, that’s when it bothered me,” he says.
