I was in graduate school at Southern Methodist University (SMU) when I became very sick. My doctors struggled to identify what was happening with me. Later, I was diagnosed with a deregulated immune system and a high PvO2, an imbalance between my oxygen consumption and oxygen delivery, which left my peripheral tissues chronically inflamed. I also found out there was black mold growing in my Dallas apartment which caused these allergic reactions and inflammation. After graduating with my MBA, I became so ill that moving back home to Houston, Texas, was my only option.
My condition also caused severe allergies to food, clothing and certain chemicals, which gave me rashes all over my body and weakened my immune system. I couldn’t work, I couldn’t eat non-organic food without my mouth swelling up, and I couldn’t be in places that had dust, mold or fragrances without my body shutting down.
This mold was extremely damaging to my health. After years of detoxing and immunotherapy, I started to regrow my hair and get my sensitives somewhat under control. However, I still did not have a solution, and my health continued to deteriorate.
I knew there had to be a better way to live. After some research, I found studies of people using other people’s stem cells to make them better. I thought this could be an option, so I consulted with my doctor about using someone else’s stem cells. He recommended using my own stem cells. This recommendation led me to discovering Celltex Therapeutics, a Houston-based biotechnology company specializing in using one’s own adult stem cells for banking and therapy.
Celltex extracts your own stem cells from the adipose tissue (fat) in your abdominal area, in an easy and fairly painless procedure. After extraction, your stem cells are then banked, cryopreserved and expanded in Celltex’s FDA- registered laboratory. Once your stem cells are banked, clients travel to Cancun, Mexico to receive therapy using their own stem cells at the accredited Hospital Galenia.
Therapy was a pleasant experience and enjoying the beach following the infusions made it even better. I was truly impressed with how accommodating everyone was during the process.
I received IV infusions and injections into my lymph nodes, and immediately after therapy I started to feel relief. My allergies weren’t as bad, my energy was back up, and I could eat non-organic food without my mouth swelling up. My tissues were now better absorbing oxygen, and the inflammation started to slowly decrease over time. My body was so toxic at one point, which led me to take the necessary steps to get into a clean-living environment and detox myself to get rid of the poison. This then allowed the stem cell therapy to heal my body. It’s truly such a novel thing; you are using your own body to better yourself. There are so many possibilities.
Celltex inspired me to bring people an option to improve their health, and I could not have done this without the amazing positive changes Celltex has brought to my life.
