Aside from running Keating Auto Group, his business that includes 29 automotive dealerships across the state of Texas, Ben Keating competes in auto races around the world. Participating in endurance races, such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 24 Hours of Daytona, he’s required to drive at high speeds for several hours at a time. His role, both behind the wheel and as a business owner, requires him to be in excellent shape both physically and mentally.
