Banking Coordinator
JOB OVERVIEW:
Work as an integral part of the Client Services team as the primary contact for our Banking Network. Assist clients with coordination of lab work and tissue extraction for purpose of stem cell banking. Assist with coordination of stem cell therapy including preparing itineraries and schedules.
JOB DUTIES:
- Maintain upcoming therapy and new banker spreadsheets/checklists
- Coordinate new client qualifying blood work (through LabCorp) and tissue extractions (through external physician partner sites)
- Prepare and send extraction kits and contents to extractions sites in advance of client appointments
- Manage inventory of extraction kits internally and with external partner sites
- Communicate with Celltex lab team to ensure timely reception and processing of incoming tissue samples
- Track completed extractions and incoming tissue samples via FedEx
- Manage (receive, upload and track) required client information for client files
- Prepare weekly overview and therapy schedules for all administration sites
- Prepare and send client daily itineraries/pre-therapy instructions for upcoming appointments
- Receive and respond to miscellaneous client communications
- Answer incoming telephone calls on behalf of the department
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks in support of the department
- Creates weekly new banker and upcoming consultation/extraction appointments report
- Positive and helpful toward team to create innovative solutions/best practices
- Participation in weekly department meetings and other company meetings for all employees.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably a Health Science degree, but Marketing, Business, and Management are all acceptable.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in the medical field or physician’s office, hospital or other medical facility lab. Previous medical supplies or device sales experience will also be considered.
